The course is for two semesters. Semester 1 is all about conducting independent research on a topic of our choice while Semester 2 is about producing design work that demonstrates our knowledge of the topic and applying design and visual communication to our work. Throughout the course, we had to present a detailed proposal and project timeline as well as attend and engage with the professor and the cohorts on weekly project check-ins.
