Upon conducting contextual and ethnographic research, it was apparent that new employees joining the workforce were unaware of the resources and organizations available to them to ensure a positive and fulfilling work environment. This guide serves as a tool for new workers in the labour force, to educate and inform them on what questions to ask before becoming an advocate within the labour force. There are many past successes within the workplace that have been implemented and should be celebrated, but there are still many improvements that can be made in the context of our generation. Through this informational pamphlet, learn about the history of the labour movement, what rights workers deserve to have, and what resources are available for all types of workers in any environment.
